In about six and half weeks we are heading home for a couple of weeks and we are soooo excited! I will admit that each time we head home for a visit it gets harder and harder to leave:( So with that I thought I would write a list of nine things I miss about Ireland. Without mentioning the most obvious, which is friends and family here it is!

My Travel Wishlist
I am sure I am not the only person who has a travel wishlist of the some of the places they would love to visit someday…am I? For me this list is reminder to tighten the purse strings and hopefully we will be lucky enough to see these places someday!
Maybe you haven’t put on paper a list of places that are your own dream destinations, but maybe you should! Compile a list, add a few a pictures and put the list somewhere you will see every day. This will be your reminder of why you are sitting in on a Saturday night or of why you haven’t bought those shoes you have been eyeing up!
1.Vietnam, Ha Long Bay
This country looks so beautiful. Ha Long Bay looks unbelievable, but there are so many more places in Vietnam that looks just as amazing, Lan Ha Bay, Phu Quoc, I could go on!
Jasper to Whistler
Our week long road trip was brilliant! We seen so much and enjoyed it all the more as my sister and brother in law flew over from Ireland to visit us for a couple of weeks. They first came over in October of 2015 so we had already showed them some of Edmonton, Banff and Lake Louise, so we all agreed that this time a short road trip would be fun.
As I tend to ramble a bit, I decided to break this trip up into two blog posts, so keep an eye out for Part 2!
Camping in Jasper was surprisingly a lot more pleasant than I thought it would be! Considering my last camping experience was at Oxygen years and years ago, I thought that camping with bears would be much worse, but it turns out, camping at Oxygen was!
I am by no means an expert on camping but I have compiled a short list of tips that may help any first time visitors camping in Jasper. I definitely recommend it, it is lots of fun and made all the more pleasant by having clean bathrooms and hot showers on the campgrounds!
As we knew we wouldn’t be settling in Toronto, we decided we would take a trip to Niagara Falls before we left for Edmonton. We are soooo glad we did. It is so beautiful and definitely worth a trip to see. We rented a car for 3 days and made the short hour and twenty minute journey to the Falls. Buses also run regular from Toronto or Richmond Hill and are about a two hour journey if renting a car is not an option for you.
