Happy looooong weekend everyone:) It’s time for my March favourites – which means April is nearly over….already! Supposedly it’s Spring, but I am pretty sure that that season doesn’t exist in Edmonton. We just go straight from Winter to Summer!
My friend told me about this face serum last year and she absolutely loves it. I bought a small bottle of it in November and I have just run out this week, so for a start it really does last ages! This is a well popular anti-aging serum and I have to say I really love it, or else I wouldn’t have bought a second one! My skin has definitely brightened since I started using it. I found it also helped with the red marks left behind after spots as all of these have now virtually disappeared. It is a little pricey, but like I said it last ages.
My Bar Cart
A major clue to my next DIY video for my YouTube channel! This turned out so good and I can’t wait for you all to see it!
Can I add this?! Is it too obvious? Since I stopped working in retail I can say I love long weekends and mean because I actually get them off, so yes I am adding this:)
Batiste Dry Shampoo
I think you can get this at home in Penny’s but I only first started using this here. It is a lot more expensive here in Canada than it is at home! This stuff saves my ass every third day…and maybe even fourth and I have used it probably a little too much this month!! Because I colour my hair red, it can fade quickly if I wash it too often so I try and wash it as little as I can, without having it look like you can craic an egg on it! I have used a different brand of dry shampoo before this, but this one I have been using for the last two years and I really love it!
Another one recommended by a friend, and she is a brilliant hairdresser, so of course I was going to listen! This smells soooo nice. I try and not use the hair dryer or straightner on my hair very often but if I do, I always use this heat protective spray.
Jessica Jones, Marvel
The newest Netflix show that we are watching at the minute! Not everyone likes Marvels, but I love these types of shows! I will admit parts of Season 1 are pretty gory to watch but it is a good show and we have just started Season 2.
Dilly Bars from DQ
Well, you need something good to eat when your watching Netflix:) These are basically a choc ice, except even nicer and you buy them by the box, which is never a good thing! They didn’t even last a week in our house. They are sooooo yum!
That’s it for this months favourites, a very short and sweet list! I hope you all have a great weekend and Happy Easter:)
