Saving is hard, plain and simple! There is always something that we need to save for, a new car, a wedding, buying a new couch, travelling or just saving for a rainy day. We have been in saving mode for a while so I thought I would share some of our money saving tips with you!
My Travel Wishlist
I am sure I am not the only person who has a travel wishlist of the some of the places they would love to visit someday…am I? For me this list is reminder to tighten the purse strings and hopefully we will be lucky enough to see these places someday!
Maybe you haven’t put on paper a list of places that are your own dream destinations, but maybe you should! Compile a list, add a few a pictures and put the list somewhere you will see every day. This will be your reminder of why you are sitting in on a Saturday night or of why you haven’t bought those shoes you have been eyeing up!
1.Vietnam, Ha Long Bay
This country looks so beautiful. Ha Long Bay looks unbelievable, but there are so many more places in Vietnam that looks just as amazing, Lan Ha Bay, Phu Quoc, I could go on!
Moving house is, not to sound like a drama queen, but it’s a torture! As we are getting ready to move house for the sixth time in three and half years (yes, you read that correctly, six) I thought that a post about how to survive moving house was appropriate!
If you thinking of building or renovating your home, then here is some advice that we have been given or picked up in the very early stages of our house build. This will be the first of many house related blog posts so I hope that they will be of some benefit to you!
1. Windows or Doors
Take some time to think about having direct access to the outside. Maybe you had two windows in you plans for the kitchen but consider having a door or double doors instead to give you direct access to the outside from your kitchen.
I have complied a small list of my latest loves. It is basically some things that interest me in some way or another everyday and I am sure some of you will relate to one or more of them!
1. Leopard Print
This blog was not aimed to be a fashion blog, but what girl doesn’t like to talk about clothes and accessories every now and then?!
So, yep, leopard print is my new love. The last jumper I bought from H&M was leopard print, as was my scarf…. and my sunglasses and I just ordered a leopard pint skirt from Boohoo.com. I may have a problem!
I also noticed that H&M have leopard print bed sheets…too Bet Lynch do you think?
