Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend:) I had a lego building, transformer playing, Shrek watching weekend with my little nephews and Sunday was a day of getting organised and chilling out. So as I sit here writing this post, I think how we normally go into panic mode on Sunday’s as the weekend is nearly over and Monday looms before us. With that, I thought that sharing 5 ways to be more optimistic would be a great way to start the week. These are tips that I remind myself of all the time and I share these not as an expert in mental health and wellbeing, but I am just simply sharing what works for me:)
