Happy Friday everyone and welcome back to this weeks blog post:) It’s a little crazy that we are already halfway through the year, time is flying past! So with today been the first day of a new month, I thought for todays post , I would share 5 easy ways to make healthier lifestyle choices. I think starting certain new habits is easier in the Summer time, the sun is shining, its easier to get up earlier, eat healthier and get out and about. So with that said lets get straight into it!

Watching TV for hours in the evening while scrolling through your phone or spending the weekend’s day dreaming about the things that you really want to do. All the time thinking, ‘I just can’t seem to find the motivation to do what I really want to’ or ‘I need to make some changes in my life but I don’t know where to start’.

Did you ever take a notion to start clearing out and re-arranging your whole bedroom, only at midnight that night to be surrounded by nothing but a HUGE mess, you can’t even see your bed, you wonder why you started and you just want to give up and wish you left your room as it was? Well this is the same feeling we get with anything that we aim to achieve. It seems like a great idea, we dive right in and then when things get a little bit difficult or we get tired we think this wasn’t a good idea after all and just give up and leave things the way they were. Nothing is going to change unless YOU do something about it and not just start it, but keep going, even when you want to give up.
Happy Monday everyone! Today I am sharing some motivational books that are on my to-read list. I thought I would share these with you as I really enjoy these types wellness/business books and they are really great way to get some words of encouragement and read the story behind those who have succeeded. Obviously, as I read these books, I will be reviewing them individually on my bi-weekly ‘what’s on my nightstand’ posts, so keep an eye out for them, but I thought that you might like to get a head start and I would also love any recommendations that you might have!
With this Motivational Monday’s post, confidence and how to gain it, I have shared some things that I have done to change my attitude and be wayyyy less self-conscious. When I look back now, I see that confidence is something that I lacked in certain areas in my twenties. I felt self-conscious about a lot of things but then I turned 30 and it’s sort of like something clicked and I suddenly realised that, the only person who is stopping me from doing what I wanted was Me.
