Happy Friday everyone and welcome back to this weeks blog post:) It’s a little crazy that we are already halfway through the year, time is flying past! So with today been the first day of a new month, I thought for todays post , I would share 5 easy ways to make healthier lifestyle choices. I think starting certain new habits is easier in the Summer time, the sun is shining, its easier to get up earlier, eat healthier and get out and about. So with that said lets get straight into it!
Happy Monday everyone, I hope you all had a great weekend! I had a fairly productive weekend and I am feeling good and organised for the week ahead. Honestly it’s such a good feeling! I am trying to get back to healthier eating habits so I thought I would share my breakfast, lunch and snack prep for the week. I don’t normally do it for this long; I normally just prepare the night before, but thought I would see how much of a difference this would make to my week by doing it this way:)

Watching TV for hours in the evening while scrolling through your phone or spending the weekend’s day dreaming about the things that you really want to do. All the time thinking, ‘I just can’t seem to find the motivation to do what I really want to’ or ‘I need to make some changes in my life but I don’t know where to start’.
Welcome back everybody, I hope you all had a fantastic weekend:) This week’s post is all about how to stay focused. Did you ever take a notion to start clearing out and re-arranging your whole bedroom, only at midnight that night to be surrounded by nothing but a HUGE mess, you can’t even see your bed, you wonder why you started and you just want to give up and wish you left your room as it was? Well this is the same feeling we get with anything that we aim to achieve. It seems like a great idea, we dive right in and then when things get a little bit difficult or we get tired we think this wasn’t a good idea after all and just give up and leave things the way they were. Nothing is going to change unless YOU do something about it and not just start it, but keep going, even when you want to give up.
With this Motivational Monday’s post, confidence and how to gain it, I have shared some things that I have done to change my attitude and be wayyyy less self-conscious. When I look back now, I see that confidence is something that I lacked in certain areas in my twenties. I felt self-conscious about a lot of things but then I turned 30 and it’s sort of like something clicked and I suddenly realised that, the only person who is stopping me from doing what I wanted was Me.
